  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup tahini (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breast into tender-sized pieces and toss with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. Crush the Cornflakes: In a separate bowl, crush the cornflakes to a semi-coarse texture.
  3. Set Up the Coating Station: Prepare three shallow bowls with all-purpose flour, beaten eggs, and crushed cornflakes.
  4. Coat the Chicken: Coat each piece of chicken in flour, egg, then press into cornflakes until well-coated.
  5. Air Fry It: Preheat the air fryer to 430°F (220°C) and cook the chicken in a single layer for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Make the Sauce: Whisk together Greek yogurt, tahini, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until creamy.
