  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into ½-inch slices
  • 2 bell peppers, mixed colors
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Small flour or corn tortillas
  • Optional toppings: avocado or guacamole, salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, sliced jalapeno, cilantro, thinly sliced romaine lettuce, lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Make the Spice Mix: In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Prepare the Fajita Mixture: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F. In a large bowl, mix together the sliced chicken, bell peppers, red onion, olive oil, and the fajita seasoning until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Cook the Chicken and Vegetables: Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking.
