- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into ½-inch slices
- 2 bell peppers, mixed colors
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Small flour or corn tortillas
- Optional toppings: avocado or guacamole, salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, sliced jalapeno, cilantro, thinly sliced romaine lettuce, lime wedges
Instructions
- Make the Spice Mix: In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Prepare the Fajita Mixture: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F. In a large bowl, mix together the sliced chicken, bell peppers, red onion, olive oil, and the fajita seasoning until everything is evenly coated.
- Cook the Chicken and Vegetables: Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve your fajitas in small tortillas with your favorite garnishes.
Notes
Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To reheat, air fry for about 5 minutes at 350°F.
