- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Place the eggs directly in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
- Once done, remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath for about 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with paprika before serving.
Notes
Customize the filling with diced pickles, fresh herbs, or hot sauce. Perfect for meal prep, last 2-3 days in the fridge.
