Description

A creamy and tangy appetizer made quickly in the air fryer, perfect for gatherings or a tasty snack at home.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. Place the eggs directly in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Once done, remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath for about 5 minutes.
  4. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. Remove the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  7. Garnish with paprika before serving.

Notes
