Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup milk (whole or plant-based)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients gently until mixed.
  4. Fill silicone molds halfway with the batter using a cookie scoop.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Cook the filled molds for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and springy.
  7. Let cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. These donut holes are also freezer-friendly for up to 2 months.
