Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ cup milk (whole or plant-based)
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients gently until mixed.
- Fill silicone molds halfway with the batter using a cookie scoop.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the filled molds for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and springy.
- Let cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. These donut holes are also freezer-friendly for up to 2 months.
