Description
A quick and easy breakfast recipe that uses the air fryer for delicious egg toast in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread (white, whole grain, sourdough, or gluten-free)
- 2 large Grade A eggs
- Salted butter (room temperature)
- Kosher salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Using a sturdy glass or small bowl, press down in the center of each slice of bread to make a well for the egg.
- Spread a generous layer of room-temperature butter on both sides of the bread.
- Place the rack in the air fryer basket and spray it lightly with oil.
- Crack an egg into a small dish and pour it into the indentation of one bread slice; repeat with the second egg.
- Sprinkle kosher salt and pepper over the eggs.
- Air fry at 375℉ for about 6 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
- Carefully remove the egg toast from the air fryer and serve warm.
Notes
For a twist, add cheese, diced veggies, or avocado on top. Perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch.
