Description
Crispy and delightful Air Fryer Fried Pickles that come together in about 30 minutes. A perfect snack or appetizer for the family!
Ingredients

- Dill Pickles (or any type of pickle you prefer)
- Breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Slice the pickles into thin, even slices (about 1/4 inch thick).
- Set up a dipping station with bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each pickle slice in flour, then dunk into the beaten egg, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the coated pickle slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Lightly spray the tops of the pickles with more cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Best served fresh; can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in air fryer for 3-5 minutes.
