Description

Crispy and delightful Air Fryer Fried Pickles that come together in about 30 minutes. A perfect snack or appetizer for the family!


Ingredients

Scale
  • Dill Pickles (or any type of pickle you prefer)
  • Breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Slice the pickles into thin, even slices (about 1/4 inch thick).
  2. Set up a dipping station with bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each pickle slice in flour, then dunk into the beaten egg, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange the coated pickle slices in a single layer in the basket.
  7. Lightly spray the tops of the pickles with more cooking spray.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  9. Remove and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Best served fresh; can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in air fryer for 3-5 minutes.
