Description

This incredibly delicious Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp comes together in about 15 minutes, making it perfect for busy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and toss again until uniformly coated.
  4. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, shaking the basket halfway.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
