Description
This delicious Air Fryer Honey Mustard Salmon comes together in about 15 minutes, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon filets (5–8 oz each)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the honey, whole grain mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Take two-thirds of the sauce and slather it over the salmon fillets. Marinate for ideally 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Brush the remaining marinade onto the salmon fillets and spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray.
- Place the salmon fillets, skin side down, in the air fryer basket and air fry for 7-8 minutes.
- Plate the salmon and drizzle the reserved sauce over the top before serving.
