This easy Air Fryer Parsnip Fries comes together in 30 minutes! Loaded with flavor, this delicious dish will be a crowd-pleaser at your dinner table.


Ingredients

  • 500 grams large parsnips
  • 15 grams parsley
  • 15 grams garlic granules
  • 10 grams pink salt
  • 10 grams maple syrup
  • 1015 grams olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C/356°F.
  2. Scrub the parsnips under running water and blot them dry.
  3. Cut off the tops and bottoms of each parsnip.
  4. Slice the parsnips into fries of your desired thickness.
  5. Place the sliced parsnips in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil; add garlic granules, parsley, maple syrup, and pink salt.
  6. Toss the fries to ensure they are well coated with seasonings.
  7. Load the fries into your air fryer basket in batches, if necessary.
  8. Cook for 7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  9. If needed, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
  10. Re-season before serving if desired.
