- 500 grams large parsnips
- 15 grams parsley
- 15 grams garlic granules
- 10 grams pink salt
- 10 grams maple syrup
- 10–15 grams olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C/356°F.
- Scrub the parsnips under running water and blot them dry.
- Cut off the tops and bottoms of each parsnip.
- Slice the parsnips into fries of your desired thickness.
- Place the sliced parsnips in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil; add garlic granules, parsley, maple syrup, and pink salt.
- Toss the fries to ensure they are well coated with seasonings.
- Load the fries into your air fryer basket in batches, if necessary.
- Cook for 7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- If needed, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Re-season before serving if desired.
