- 2 Bone-In Pork Chops
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- Pat both sides of the pork chops dry with a paper towel.
- Brush the chops with olive oil on all sides.
- Generously sprinkle the seasoning mix all over the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, flip the pork chops over and continue cooking for another 4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Pair with roasted vegetables or a simple salad. Can be served with sauces like balsamic reduction or barbecue sauce for extra flavor.
