Description

A quick and easy recipe for juicy bone-in pork chops cooked in an air fryer, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 Bone-In Pork Chops
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Pat both sides of the pork chops dry with a paper towel.
  3. Brush the chops with olive oil on all sides.
  4. Generously sprinkle the seasoning mix all over the pork chops.
  5. Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  6. After 5 minutes, flip the pork chops over and continue cooking for another 4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Pair with roasted vegetables or a simple salad. Can be served with sauces like balsamic reduction or barbecue sauce for extra flavor.
