- 2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts, diced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or vegetables for serving
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the diced chicken with teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and a couple of pinches of salt and pepper. Let it sit while you preheat the air fryer.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up.
- Arrange the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air Fry the Chicken: Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until the chicken is cooked through and glazed.
- Serve It Up: Serve the teriyaki chicken over rice or sautéed vegetables, drizzled with extra teriyaki sauce if desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Best reheated in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
