- 4–5 cooked broccoli florets
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- Optional: Garlic powder or olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Steam or boil the broccoli florets for 5-7 minutes until soft.
- In a blender, combine cooked broccoli, avocado, and yogurt. Blend until smooth; add pasta water if needed.
- Mix the creamy sauce with the cooked pasta until evenly coated.
- Let cool to baby-safe temperature before serving.
