  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 2 slices of bacon, cooked and crispy
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of American cheese

Instructions

  1. Toast the bagel halves with butter in a preheated cast-iron pan until golden brown (about 3 minutes).
  2. In the same pan, reduce heat slightly, add remaining butter, and cook the eggs until whites set (about 5 minutes).
  3. Layer crispy bacon and cheese on one egg, then place the second egg on top and allow cheese to melt (about 2-3 minutes).
