- 2 (12-14 ounce) packages smoked sausage
- 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking oil.
- Slice the smoked sausages into 1-inch pieces and place them in the prepared baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Pour the BBQ mixture over the sausage bites and stir until coated.
- Bake for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep the sausage bites moist.
- Serve hot, garnished with napkins as it can get saucy!
