Description

Quick and easy baked salmon topped with creamy Boursin cheese, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (56 ounces each)
  • 1 round of Boursin cheese (5.2 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pat salmon fillets dry and drizzle with remaining olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place salmon in the baking dish skin-side down and spread the cheese mixture over each fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F/63°C).
