Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (5–6 ounces each)
- 1 round of Boursin cheese (5.2 oz)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil until smooth and creamy.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and drizzle with remaining olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in the baking dish skin-side down and spread the cheese mixture over each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F/63°C).
Notes
