Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix together olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on that baking sheet skin-side down.
  5. Brush the salmon with your Cajun mixture, making sure it’s evenly covered.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until it’s flaky and cooked through.
  7. Mash the avocado in a bowl until creamy with some chunks for texture.
  8. Mix in lime juice, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Drizzle the salmon with the avocado lime sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
