A quick and easy weeknight meal, this baked Cajun salmon paired with a creamy avocado lime sauce is sure to impress your family!

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on that baking sheet skin-side down.
- Brush the salmon with your Cajun mixture, making sure it’s evenly covered.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until it’s flaky and cooked through.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl until creamy with some chunks for texture.
- Mix in lime juice, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the salmon with the avocado lime sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
