These Baked Bean and Cheese Burritos come together in about 30 minutes and all in one pot for a quick and easy meal that your family will love!

- 16 oz can BUSH’S Traditional Refried Beans
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa
- 1/4 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (plus more to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 4 10-inch flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine refried beans, salsa, diced onion, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the shredded cheddar and Monterey jack cheese.
- Spread about 1/4 cup of cheese mixture onto each tortilla and add 1/2 cup of the bean mixture. Fold and roll the tortillas tightly.
- Place the burritos on the baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with guacamole, sour cream, and your favorite hot sauce.
Notes
These burritos are customizable; feel free to add leftover veggies or rotisserie chicken. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
