Description

A comforting meatloaf recipe that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger into a hearty dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef (80/20 preferred)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • ½ cup chopped pickles
  • ½ cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, egg, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onion until combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Spread extra ketchup on top and add more cheese if desired.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve hot with sides of your choice.
