Quick and easy overnight oats with banana and Biscoff spread, perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (40g) quick oats
- 20g cocoa protein powder (optional)
- 1/3 cup soy milk (or any milk)
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- A splash of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp soy yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp Biscoff spread
Instructions
- Combine the quick oats, cocoa protein powder, soy milk, flax seeds, chia seeds, mashed banana, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a jar or container, packing it down a bit. Save a tiny bit for layering later.
- Chill in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, layer the oats with soy yogurt and drizzle Biscoff spread on top.
- Stir before eating and enjoy!
