Quick and easy overnight oats with banana and Biscoff spread, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (40g) quick oats
  • 20g cocoa protein powder (optional)
  • 1/3 cup soy milk (or any milk)
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • A splash of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp soy yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. Combine the quick oats, cocoa protein powder, soy milk, flax seeds, chia seeds, mashed banana, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a jar or container, packing it down a bit. Save a tiny bit for layering later.
  3. Chill in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, layer the oats with soy yogurt and drizzle Biscoff spread on top.
  5. Stir before eating and enjoy!
