- 4 fillets cod
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, chopped parsley, and minced garlic in a medium-sized bowl.
- Lay cod fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cod, drizzle with white wine, and squeeze lemon juice on top.
- Scatter the chopped onion around the fish.
