Description

A chocolatey and delicious Brownie Batter Overnight Oats recipe that comes together in about 10 minutes for a quick and easy breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • A couple pinches of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, cocoa powder, chia seeds, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until everything is well combined.
  2. If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Divide the mixture into jars or airtight containers, and cover them up.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  5. In the morning, stir the oats and add any desired toppings like additional chocolate chips, nuts, or fresh berries.
