- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
- Pour in the oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined.
- Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top.
- Microwave for 60 seconds. If needed, continue microwaving in 10-second increments until cooked through.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Top with ice cream or berries if desired.
