- 1/2 cup grated regular or vegan parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp vegan or regular Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil (optional)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil (if using).
- Whisk It Up: Use a whisk or fork to mix all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Taste Test: Dip a finger or spoon for a taste, and adjust salt, pepper, or lemon juice as desired.
- Store & Serve: Transfer dressing to a jar and refrigerate. It lasts about a week.
