- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 0.5 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and cored
- 3 graham crackers, crushed, or as needed
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth—about 2-3 minutes.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
- Fill the hulled strawberries with the cheesecake filling.
- Dip the filled side of each strawberry into the crushed graham crackers.
- Serve immediately or chill for about 30 minutes before enjoying.
Notes
Serve with whipped cream or chocolate sauce if desired. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
