Description

  • 0.5 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and cored
  • 3 graham crackers, crushed, or as needed

Instructions

  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth—about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
  4. Fill the hulled strawberries with the cheesecake filling.
  5. Dip the filled side of each strawberry into the crushed graham crackers.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for about 30 minutes before enjoying.

Notes
