A delectable and easy-to-make Chicken Koobideh that the whole family will enjoy, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Skewers (if grilling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, grated onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, turmeric, cumin, and parsley in a large bowl.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into kebabs or patties.
- Place skewers or patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush lightly with vegetable oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through until cooked and lightly browned.
- Serve hot with rice or flatbreads.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freezer-friendly for 3 months. Reheat in oven or skillet.
