Description

Quick and easy Crumbl Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies that come together in under 30 minutes, perfect for a snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the rolled oats and chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
