A no-bake breakfast that tastes like cinnamon rolls, made with simple ingredients in just 5 minutes.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (any type)
- 1–2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Optional add-ins: chia seeds, Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, nuts
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
- Stir well until everything is nicely mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir again. Enjoy cold or warm in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
- Top with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or nuts as desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Not recommended to freeze due to texture changes.
