Description

A no-bake breakfast that tastes like cinnamon rolls, made with simple ingredients in just 5 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (any type)
  • 12 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Optional add-ins: chia seeds, Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, nuts

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
  2. Stir well until everything is nicely mixed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir again. Enjoy cold or warm in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
  5. Top with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or nuts as desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Not recommended to freeze due to texture changes.
