- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, chocolate chips, protein powder, and salt. Stir for about a minute.
- Add peanut or almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
- Pour in milk and stir until it resembles a thick pudding.
- Divide mixture into jars/bowls, cover, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
- Stir and warm in the microwave if desired before serving.
