Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, chocolate chips, protein powder, and salt. Stir for about a minute.
  2. Add peanut or almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Pour in milk and stir until it resembles a thick pudding.
  4. Divide mixture into jars/bowls, cover, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
  5. Stir and warm in the microwave if desired before serving.
