- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
- 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
- Scoop about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll it up towards the point.
- Place each bite seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Optional: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Feel free to substitute crab meat with shredded chicken or plant-based protein. For a vegan option, use vegan cream cheese. Enhance the flavor with different herbs or spices.
