A flavorful and versatile snack that can be whipped up in no time, perfect for appetizers or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, optional)

Instructions

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
  5. Scoop about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll it up towards the point.
  6. Place each bite seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Optional: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Feel free to substitute crab meat with shredded chicken or plant-based protein. For a vegan option, use vegan cream cheese. Enhance the flavor with different herbs or spices.
