Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 4 tortillas, burrito size

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cooked chicken, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, sliced green onions, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay a tortilla on a flat surface and spread about 1/4 of the mixture evenly over it, leaving an inch around the edges.
  3. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam side down on a platter.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Slice the chilled pinwheels into 1 to 1.5-inch pieces and serve.

Notes

Chilling the tortilla rolls before slicing helps them hold together better.
