- 16 slices of white bread (crust removed)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup butter (melted)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until creamy.
- In a second bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour the melted butter into a third bowl for dipping.
- Cut off crusts from bread slices and roll each slice flat.
- Spread about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of bread and roll them up tightly.
- Dip each roll in melted butter and coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven to restore crispness.
