- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup raspberry walnut vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon finely shredded Romano cheese
Instructions
- Wash the fresh spinach and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Add in dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, and shredded Romano cheese.
- Toss the ingredients together until the spinach is well-coated.
- Pour in the raspberry walnut vinaigrette and gently toss until evenly distributed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
