Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables: Slice the cucumbers and red onion as thinly as possible.
- Toss it all together: In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onion with the white wine vinegar, honey, and salt.
- Let it chill: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes to let the flavors meld.
