- Red Pepper Flakes, optional
- 8 medium Parsnips
- 4 cloves of Garlic, minced
- Fresh Parsley, minced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.
- Wash, peel, and cut the parsnips into strips.
- Spread the parsnips on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for about 20 seconds.
- Remove from heat and stir in dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle garlic butter over parsnips and coat well.
- Bake in a single layer for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.
