- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, chopped onion, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
- Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape each into an oval-shaped loaf. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaves rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley or extra parmesan if desired.
