Description
A creamy and delicious Garlic Parmesan Chicken dish that comes together in about 30 minutes, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

- 1 3/4 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- 1/2 Chicken Bouillon Cube
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 Teaspoon Basil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Parsley
- 2 Large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 2 Teaspoons Parsley (for garnish)
- 1–2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3/4 Cup Dry White Wine
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/2 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Combine sauce ingredients (chicken broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, honey, chicken bouillon) in a measuring cup and stir. Set aside.
- Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise and pound them to about 1/2 inch thick. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside on a plate.
- Deglaze the skillet with dry white wine, cooking for about 2 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add butter and flour, stirring to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually pour in the sauce mixture while stirring, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 8 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and mix in fresh Parmesan cheese and lemon juice until cheese melts into the sauce.
- Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over, and heat through for about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with extra parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve the chicken over creamy mashed potatoes or alongside roasted veggies. Great as leftovers, can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
