  • 1/4 cup Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Gochujang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high or the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and place on grill or in a baking dish.
  5. Cook for 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 75°C).
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
