Description

This delicious Grilled Cheese Burrito comes together in about 30 minutes, made all in one skillet for a quick and easy weeknight dinner your family will love!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef over medium heat until browned and crumbly, draining excess grease. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water, simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm the tortillas on a skillet or microwave for easy handling.
  3. Assemble the burrito by layering rice, beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and cheese on the tortilla.
