This delicious Grilled Cheese Burrito comes together in about 30 minutes, made all in one skillet for a quick and easy weeknight dinner your family will love!
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Butter or oil for grilling
Instructions
- Cook the beef over medium heat until browned and crumbly, draining excess grease. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas on a skillet or microwave for easy handling.
- Assemble the burrito by layering rice, beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and cheese on the tortilla.
- Grill the burrito in a skillet with oil or butter, adding cheese to the skillet for extra crunch, cooking for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
