  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Slice the chicken breasts, hull and slice strawberries, and slice the apple.
  2. Combine the salad: In a large salad bowl, toss together the mixed greens, strawberries, and apple slices.
  3. Add the chicken: Layer the sliced grilled chicken on top.
  4. Top it off: Sprinkle with feta cheese and sliced almonds if desired.
  5. Dress and toss: Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette, then toss gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
