Instructions
- Gather all ingredients, pat salmon fillets dry, and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl, then simmer in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook salmon fillets skin-side down for 5-6 minutes until crispy.
- Flip salmon, brush with honey garlic glaze, and cook for another 4-5 minutes until opaque and flaky.
- Serve on plates, drizzle with remaining glaze, and sprinkle with green onions.
