Description

This delicious Baked Honey Glazed Chicken Drumsticks comes together in about 40 minutes and bakes to perfection for a quick and easy weeknight dinner that your family will love!


Ingredients

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
  3. Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper, coating all sides.
  4. Coat each drumstick with the honey-soy glaze.
  5. Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, baste with remaining glaze halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving if desired.
