Quick and easy Iowa Party Bites, perfect for any gathering or cozy night in. These cheesy, creamy bites are endlessly customizable and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

  • 10-ounce bag Tostitos Tortilla Chip Scoops
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 15-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 ounces green chilis, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a cookie tray with parchment paper. Arrange tortilla chips flat side down.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, corn, beaten egg, green chilis, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until creamy.
  3. Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to fill each tortilla scoop with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each filled chip.
  5. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
