- 10-ounce bag Tostitos Tortilla Chip Scoops
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 15-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 ounces green chilis, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a cookie tray with parchment paper. Arrange tortilla chips flat side down.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, corn, beaten egg, green chilis, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until creamy.
- Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to fill each tortilla scoop with the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each filled chip.
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
