- 12 count package Hawaiian rolls or slider buns
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 slices Genoa salami
- 12–16 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup mild or hot giardiniera, drained and chopped
- 6–8 slices roasted red peppers from a jar, patted dry
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup banana peppers, sliced (optional)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon finely minced roasted red peppers
- 1 small garlic clove, grated or minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Slice the rolls horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Layer the ham, salami, and pepperoni over the bottom rolls.
- Add provolone, roasted red peppers, giardiniera, banana peppers, and mozzarella on top.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced roasted red peppers, garlic, seasoning, red pepper flakes, and salt. Brush over the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 5-7 minutes until golden.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, then slice into 12 sliders and serve.
