This quick and easy Lebanese dish features spicy potatoes that are perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ¾ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (or to taste)
Instructions
- Pat the potatoes dry with paper towels until completely dry.
- Mix the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl. Stir in the olive oil to create a paste.
- Toss the potatoes in the spice mixture until coated evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer or spread them on a baking sheet for the oven. Cook for about 20-35 minutes, shaking or stirring occasionally until golden brown and crispy.
- Heat a small pan over medium heat, add olive oil, and then add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Toss the crispy potatoes in the garlic oil and cayenne pepper if desired.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
