- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup mix (dry)
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup milk
- ¾ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ cup ketchup (optional, for glazing)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup mix, egg, milk, and bread crumbs. Mix until well blended.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a baking pan and shape into an 8-inch long by 4-inch wide loaf.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Brush with ketchup during the last 15 minutes of baking.
