- 1 lb Elbow Macaroni
- 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
- 1 Cup Gouda Cheese (Shredded)
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Grated)
- 1 Cup Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1/2 Cup Whole Milk
- 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain well.
- Make the cheese sauce: In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter, then stir in the softened cream cheese and milk, whisking until smooth.
- Season the sauce with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Combine the drained macaroni with the sauce, then add cheddar, mozzarella, gouda, and parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Bake the mixture in a greased baking dish for about 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
