  • 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1 Cup Gouda Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Grated)
  • 1 Cup Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 1/2 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Black Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain well.
  3. Make the cheese sauce: In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter, then stir in the softened cream cheese and milk, whisking until smooth.
  4. Season the sauce with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Combine the drained macaroni with the sauce, then add cheddar, mozzarella, gouda, and parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Bake the mixture in a greased baking dish for about 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
