Description

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 lb salmon fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, garlic salt, and black pepper; whisk until combined.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Place the salmon skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with additional marinade. Bake for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
