Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and chop parsnips into 1-inch sticks.

- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
- In the last few minutes, sprinkle fresh thyme over the parsnips.
