Description

An irresistible one-pot meal featuring succulent chicken thighs in a creamy sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in a slow cooker or large skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, combine sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and a dash of salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, covering it completely. For a slow cooker, cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. For stovetop, bring to a simmer and then reduce heat, cooking for 20-25 minutes.
  4. When done, garnish with fresh basil if desired and serve.
