- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Additional ketchup for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, beaten egg, dry breadcrumbs, ketchup, milk, minced onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Spoon the meat mixture evenly into each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 of the way full.
- Brush the tops of each muffin with extra ketchup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F (70°C)).
- Let them cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before removing.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
